每年的公历3月5日左右，太阳运行到黄经345度时为惊蛰节气，惊蛰在二十四节气中排序第三，此时气温快速上升，渐有春雷出现，“蛰”有小动物藏起来的意思，古代人们认为钻到土里过冬的动物，是被雷声震醒又钻出来活动的，所以叫惊蛰。
